The Isabela State University (ISU) Roxas Campus successfully conducted its 2025 Campus Year-End Performance Review and FY 2026 Action and Budget Planning Workshop on December 18, 2025, at the RMAIS–T. Woodward Conference Hall. The activity served as a significant platform for assessing institutional accomplishments for the year 2025 while strategically planning programs, key result areas (KRAs), and budget priorities for Fiscal Year 2026.

Anchored on ISU’s vision of becoming a leading research university in the ASEAN region, and its mission of developing globally competitive human and technological resources, the workshop emphasized accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Campus officials, administrators, faculty members, and key personnel gathered to reflect on performance outcomes aligned with instruction, research, extension, resource generation, management of resources, and internationalization.

The program formally opened with registration, preliminaries, and welcome messages from campus leaders, highlighting the importance of evidence-based planning and collective responsibility in achieving institutional goals. A comprehensive review and planning proper followed, featuring an overview of the 2025 Campus Performance Review and the FY 2026 Action and Budget Planning framework. Presentations on budget utilization, program of receipts and expenditures (PRE), major purchases, and infrastructure updates provided transparency and informed decision-making among stakeholders.

A major highlight of the activity was the presentation of accomplishment report highlights, showcasing notable achievements in instruction, research, extension, resource generation, management of resources, and internationalization. These reports demonstrated ISU Roxas Campus’ commitment to academic excellence, community engagement, innovation, and sustainable development.

In the afternoon session, participants engaged in a workshop for FY 2026 Action Planning, focusing on the identification and strengthening of Key Result Areas (KRAs). Outputs from the workshop were presented and evaluated to ensure alignment with ISU’s Quality Policy, statutory and regulatory standards, and the needs of the campus and its stakeholders.

The activity concluded with the awarding of certificates and closing remarks, reaffirming the university’s dedication to continuous quality improvement, strategic governance, and inclusive growth. Through this year-end performance review and planning workshop, ISU Roxas Campus strengthened its direction for 2026, ensuring that its plans and resources remain responsive to its mission of people-centered, innovation-driven, and sustainable development
