Rogelio Mendoza Leal Jr., a dedicated graduate of Isabela State University Roxas Campus’s College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), achieved a Top 4 regional ranking in the February 2025 Criminologists Licensure Examination. He participated in a face-to-face mass oath-taking ceremony on May 3, 2025, at the Cagayan Provincial Coliseum in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. This remarkable achievement underscores the high quality of education and training offered by the CCJE program.

Dr. Rosalyn L. Bautista, the Campus Administrator, expressed her pride in Mr. Mendoza’s accomplishment. His hard work and determination have truly paid off, and he serves as an inspiration to his peers. The CCJE department, along with the entire ISUR community, extends heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Mendoza for reaching this significant milestone in his academic and professional journey.
