With the spirit of partnership and collaborative support to achieve common goals, the College of Criminal Justice Education of ISU Roxas Campus successfully conducted the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement. Held at ISU Roxas T. Woodward Hall, Rang-ayan, Roxas, the event brought together heads and representatives from different host agencies.

 

The event commenced with opening remarks by Dr. Nelmar P. Agub, who highlighted the importance of collaboration and provided an overview of the agreement’s key points. Dr. Januard D. Dagdag and Dr. Janet P. Cunanan also emphasized the importance of continuous collaboration through research and extension to address various issues and foster development. Following the welcoming remarks, messages were delivered by esteemed campus officials, as well as responses from the heads and representatives of the different host agencies.

After the presentation of the host agencies, the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement took place. The heads and representatives of the host agencies signed the agreement in the presence of witnesses and attendees. The signing marked the beginning of a strategic collaboration aligned with SDG 4 – Quality Education, SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17 – Partnership for the Goals.

The signatories posed for photographs, symbolizing the official commencement of the partnership. Following the signing, both parties exchanged copies of the agreement as a formal acknowledgment of their commitment.

The MOA signing event was a resounding success, marking the start of a promising collaboration between the College of Criminal Justice Education and the different host agencies. The agreement sets the stage for future joint efforts to achieve shared objectives and contribute to students’ future endeavors. The event not only formalized the partnership but also strengthened the relationship between the parties for the successful realization of the goals outlined in the agreement.
