On the morning of May 23, 2024, the ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit commenced with a promising outlook at Isabela State University Roxas Campus. Dr. Rosalyn L. Bautista, the esteemed Campus Administrator, expressed her confidence in achieving a positive outcome from the audit. She emphasized the university’s unwavering commitment to maintaining and continually improving its quality management systems, ensuring that ISU Roxas Campus meets the highest standards of excellence.

As the audit progresses, the entire university community remains optimistic, showcasing their collective dedication to excellence in education, administration, and service delivery.

With zero minor non-conformities and zero major non-conformities, Isabela State University Roxas Campus proudly announces that it has maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification during the closing meeting of the one-day International Standard Organization Surveillance Audit. Ms. Kristabelle Aguillar, the Audit Team Leader, expressed her satisfaction and commended the campus for maintaining the high standards required for this certification. She praised ISUR’s quality management system for its effective implementation and practical effectiveness

Associate Professor Charibel R. Sarte, the Director for Quality Assurance at ISUR, extended her heartfelt congratulations to the entire ISUR community for the dedication and hard work. The certification is a testament to the exceptional quality of services provided by ISUR.
