These outstanding individuals were instrumental in achieving an impressive 88.89% passing rate, far surpassing the national average of 66.60%. This accomplishment speaks to their unwavering dedication and the quality education they received, which has thoroughly prepared them to take on pivotal roles within the fisheries sector. Their success reflects our commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4)—advancing inclusive and equitable education, and lifelong learning opportunities for all.

Now licensed as Fisheries Professionals, our alumni are poised to play a key role in the preservation of marine biodiversity and the sustainable management of ocean resources (SDG 14). Equipped with the skills and knowledge to promote sustainable fishing practices, combat overfishing, and protect marine ecosystems, they will be invaluable advocates for the health of our oceans and the livelihoods of coastal communities.

In addition, their work will contribute to enhanced food security (SDG 2) by supporting sustainable fisheries that ensure access to nutritious seafood for communities. These professionals are positioned to drive positive change, shaping a more sustainable future for both the environment and the people who depend on its resources.

As we celebrate this milestone, we eagerly anticipate the positive impact these new professionals will have in advancing innovation and sustainability in fisheries management. Congratulations to all our board passers on this exceptional accomplishment!
