The Local Government Unit of San Manuel, under the leadership of Hon. Mayor Faustino “Dondon” U. Dy IV, has generously donated 15 truckloads of gravel to the Isabela State University – Roxas Campus for the development of the proposed centralized parking area at the Rang-ayan site.

This initiative reflects the continued partnership between the local government and ISU Roxas in enhancing campus facilities that benefit students, employees, and visitors alike. The gravel donation will help pave the way—literally and figuratively—for a more organized, accessible, and student-friendly campus environment.
