On October 30, Isabela State University – Roxas Campus reinforced its partnership with the Department of Public Works and Highways – Isabela Second District Engineering Office (DPWH-ISDEO) to advance smart, sustainable, and gender-responsive campus development. The collaboration focuses on building infrastructure that promotes quality education (SDG 4), fosters gender equality (SDG 5), and supports innovation and resilient infrastructure (SDG 9).

Through this joint effort, ISU Roxas and DPWH-ISDEO aim to create a campus environment that reflects sustainable communities (SDG 11) and exemplifies the power of strong partnerships for sustainable development (SDG 17). Together, they continue to champion an inclusive, innovative, and future-ready university community.
