On December 4, 2025, the Isabela State University – Roxas Campus proudly joined the simultaneous Christmas Tree Lighting of all ISU campuses, officially ushering in the holiday season. The event brought together students, faculty, staff, and community partners in a night illuminated by music, lights, and celebration. The symbolic lighting of the campus Christmas tree reflected the university’s commitment to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) by fostering joy and emotional upliftment, SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) by nurturing shared tradition and community identity, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through collective participation across all ISU campuses. The bright and welcoming tree stands as a beacon of hope and inspiration, offering warmth not only to the ISU community but also to every passerby who finds comfort and positivity in its glow.
This celebration likewise strengthened ISU Roxas’ alignment with the WURI (World’s Universities with Real Impact) principles, as the activity demonstrated community engagement, social responsibility, and campus unity.
