Roxas, Isabela | July 20, 2026 – Isabela State University – Roxas Campus officially welcomed students as classes for the First Semester of School Year 2026–2027 began today.
Students, faculty members, and staff gathered across the University’s New Site, Mid Site, and Old Site, marking the start of another academic year filled with new opportunities, fresh experiences, and renewed aspirations.
