In a significant move towards enhancing community infrastructure and fostering sustainable development, Hon. Faustino Michael Carlos T. Dy, III, Representative of the 5th Legislative District of Isabela, has initiated the construction of a new multipurpose building in Roxas, Isabela. This ambitious project is being executed in collaboration with the DPWH 2nd District Engineering Office, with the dedicated support of Dr. Rosalyn L. Bautista, the Administrator of ISU Roxas Campus.
The construction of the building, with a budget of 15 million pesos, officially commenced on September 24, 2024. The project has been awarded to SRAA and Sons Constructions, the winning bidder selected for their proven expertise and commitment to delivering quality infrastructure. Phase 1 of the multipurpose building will serve as a cornerstone for the local community, providing a versatile space for various activities that will benefit the region’s social, educational, and economic development.
