We are incredibly proud to share that Isabela State University – Roxas Campus has officially been awarded the PhilGAP (Philippine Good Agricultural Practices) Certificate by the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Plant Industry!

This prestigious certification, covering our Fruits and Vegetables, is a true testament to our unwavering commitment to agricultural excellence, food safety, and sustainable farming practices.

Speaking on behalf of the campus, our spokesperson, Dr. Jerry S. Casino, shared his pride in this monumental achievement:

“This certification is not just a piece of paper; it is a reflection of the dedication, hard work, and collaborative spirit of our entire agricultural community. We have continually strived to push the boundaries of safe, high-quality crop production, and this recognition validates every effort we have made to serve our students, farmers, and stakeholders better.”

This milestone would not have been possible without visionary leadership and guidance. We deeply acknowledge that this award was realized through the dedicated administration of Prof. Emerson V. Barcellano, whose strategic direction continues to steer ISU-Roxas toward greater heights in agricultural innovation.

Congratulations to everyone who played a part in this success! Here’s to achieving more milestones and growing a sustainable future together!
