Roxas, Isabela | July 7, 2026 — In preparation for the much-anticipated Commencement Exercises, Isabela State University – Roxas Campus gathered its graduating students, faculty members, university officials, parents, and guests for the Baccalaureate Mass held at the Our Lady of La Salette Parish in Roxas, Isabela.

The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Elmer B. Lozano, Parish Priest of Our Lady of La Salette Parish, who delivered an inspiring homily centered on faith, humility, gratitude, and service.
