Roxas, Isabela | July 7, 2026 — In preparation for the much-anticipated Commencement Exercises, Isabela State University – Roxas Campus gathered its graduating students, faculty members, university officials, parents, and guests for the Baccalaureate Mass held at the Our Lady of La Salette Parish in Roxas, Isabela.
The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Elmer B. Lozano, Parish Priest of Our Lady of La Salette Parish, who delivered an inspiring homily centered on faith, humility, gratitude, and service. He encouraged the graduating class to remain steadfast in their values, entrust their future to God, and use the knowledge and skills they have acquired to make meaningful contributions to their families, communities, and the nation.
