May 20, 2025 – Roxas, Isabela – In a formal turnover ceremony held at Isabela State University (ISU) Roxas Campus, University President Prof. Dr. Boyet L. Batang officially installed the new Campus Administrator, Prof. Dr. Emerson V. Barcellano. Accompanying President Batang was the newly appointed University Vice President for Planning and Development, Prof. Dr. Isagani Angeles.

President Batang shared that the appointment was the result of the university’s leadership succession assessment and the authority vested in the appointing office. He emphasized that the decision reflects the administration’s commitment to a merit-based and forward-looking leadership transition.

 

 

The event marked a significant milestone in the campus’s leadership, as it welcomed fresh direction and continued commitment to academic excellence and institutional development. Dr. Rosalyn L. Bautista, the outgoing Campus Administrator, was recognized for her years of dedicated service and leadership. In her message, Dr. Bautista expressed gratitude to the ISU community and offered her full support to the incoming administrator.

Faculty members, administrative staff, and students, and representatives from various campus organizations gathered to witness the occasion. Their presence demonstrated strong support and enthusiasm for the new administration. In his address, Prof. Dr. Barcellano expressed his deep appreciation for the trust bestowed upon him and shared his vision for inclusive growth, innovation, and collaboration within the campus.
