Isabela State University (ISU) Roxas Campus, in partnership with Mallig Plains Colleges Inc. (MPCI), successfully conducted the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) for School Year 2025–2026 on April 27, 2026, at the ISU Roxas Matusalem Ground, Roxas, Isabela, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in ROTC training and youth development.

The ROTC units of both institutions earned an outstanding rating of 98.847%, reflecting strong compliance with administrative and tactical standards set by the Armed Forces of the Philippines. This achievement highlights the dedication of both units to maintaining quality training and effective program implementation.

The inspection was led by Col. Camilo A. Saddam, GSC (Inf) PA, who supervised the comprehensive evaluation of ROTC units across the region. In his message, he emphasized the values of MDG—Malasakit, Disiplina, at Galing—as essential principles in shaping competent, disciplined, and service-oriented cadets. The activity assessed key areas such as organizational structure, records management, training execution, leadership, and discipline, while also measuring the readiness of student-cadets to serve as part of the reserve force.

Anchored on the core values of Discipline, Courage, Unity, and Service, the ISU Roxas and MPCI ROTC Units demonstrated a unified commitment to producing capable, responsible, and service-driven cadets who are prepared to contribute to national defense. The University and partner institution also reaffirmed their strong support for the ROTC program, recognizing its vital role in developing future reservists and leaders.

As part of the inspection process, cadets underwent a series of assessments including the Drill Test, Theoretical Test, and Field Test, which evaluated their knowledge, discipline, and tactical skills. They also performed drills, formations, and command exercises, showcasing precision, coordination, and operational readiness. A Fancy Drill presentation further highlighted teamwork and mastery of military routines.

RAATI continues to serve as a vital mechanism in ensuring that ROTC programs uphold high standards while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Through this initiative, students are equipped with essential military knowledge and leadership skills, preparing them to become dependable reservists and future leaders of the Armed Forces.
