The Isabela State University Roxas Faculty Association (ISURFA), led by its outgoing President, Engr. Mary Jane Baniqued, together with the outgoing officers, held a meeting on May 26, 2025, at the ISU-Roxas Newsite Library. The meeting covered several key agenda items, including the oath-taking of new members, updates on ISURFA funds, the election of new officers, and the oath-taking of the newly elected officers for the term 2025–2027.

Prof. Dr. Emerson V. Barcellano, the campus administrator, expressed his appreciation for the continued existence of such an organization, emphasizing how it benefits faculty members in various ways. He also officiated the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected officers:
