Isabela State University (ISU) Roxas Campus successfully conducted its ISO 9001:2015 Management Review on May 6, 2026, at the RMAIS T. Woodward Conference Hall, Rang-ayan, Roxas, Isabela. The activity convened key university officials, internal quality auditors, and members of the ISO Core Team to assess the performance and effectiveness of the University’s Quality Management System (QMS).

The program formally opened with an invocation, followed by the singing of the National Anthem and the ISU Hymn, setting a solemn and unified atmosphere for the event. Inspirational messages from university officials underscored ISU’s steadfast commitment to quality, excellence, and continuous improvement in all its operations.

During the Management Review Proper, comprehensive discussions were undertaken in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 Clause 9.3. Key agenda items included the status of actions from previous management reviews, changes in internal and external issues affecting the QMS, and the overall performance evaluation of the system. This covered client satisfaction, achievement of quality objectives, and process performance.

Further deliberations highlighted the results of monitoring and measurement, internal audit findings, and the performance of external providers. The adequacy of resources—including human resources, infrastructure, and work environment—was also carefully evaluated. In addition, the effectiveness of actions addressing risks and opportunities was assessed, alongside the identification of areas for continual improvement.

Each agenda item was presented by designated team leaders and members, offering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations aimed at strengthening institutional processes and service delivery. Notably, the discussion on changes in internal and external issues relevant to the Quality Management System was presented by the Campus Administrator Atty. Romano P. Cammayo, highlighting key developments and contextual factors influencing the University’s QMS.

The activity concluded with a strong reaffirmation of management’s commitment to upholding quality standards and sustaining continuous improvement efforts. This initiative reinforces ISU’s vision of becoming a leading Smart-Green University by 2030.
