Isabela State University–Roxas Campus held its Strategic Planning 2026 at Balai Baibai Beach Resort, Gonzaga, Cagayan. Day 2 opened with opening remarks from Campus Administrator Atty. Romano P. Cammayo, DPA, who set the tone for productive, forward-looking discussions aligned with the campus’ goals.

The midyear accomplishment report and key results areas were presented by Dr. Bladyner O. Da Jose, PMISGAD Director, highlighting progress, milestones and institutional gains. Campus Architect Ar. Acee S. Manangan then outlined proposed priority projects, detailing strategic initiatives for campus development and improvement.

An open forum followed, encouraging active participation, insights and collaborative exchange among attendees.

The program concluded with closing remarks from Prof. Charibel R. Sarte, who reinforced unity, dedication and shared commitment to realizing the campus’ 2026 vision.
