In a momentous occasion filled with pride and excitement, Isabela State University-Roxas Campus held an Oathtaking Ceremony for the newly hired and newly promoted faculty and non-teaching staff on February 24, 2025, at ISUR New Site, Rang-ayan, Roxas, Isabela.
The ceremony was attended by faculty, staff, and students who gathered to witness the achievements of the newly hired and promoted faculty and non-teaching staff as they took their oath of commitment and service.
Before the ceremony began, Engr. Mary-Jane Baniqued, Faculty President, delivered the opening remarks while Mrs. Wilma C. Cereno, the Human Resource Officer, introduced and facilitated the oathtaking of the honorees before the ever-supportive Campus Administrator, Dr. Rosalyn L. Bautista. In her opening remarks, Dr. Bautista warmly congratulated all the honorees and expressed her hopes for their positive and productive contributions to the institution.
The newly hired faculty members include Mr. Jerowing A. Belo, Mr. Bimbo C. Gerald, Ms. Nikka C. Castaneda, Mr. Lynard A. Dela Cruz, Mr. Jeherson V. Deriza, Ms. Lei Ann A. Malvar, Ms. Ma. Jamaica Mae D. Santiago, Ms. Marielle Joy P. Timple, and Ms. Mila Pauline A. Ventura. The newly hired non-teaching staff members are Ms. Christine Gayle A. Maximo and Mr. Dexter M. Pascual. Meanwhile, the promoted faculty members include Assist. Prof. Iluminada A. Aguinaldo, Assist. Prof. Isabelita N. Duarte, and Assist. Prof. Laila N. Ventura, while Mr. Jay M. Asaytuno was promoted among the non-teaching staff.
Some of the newly hired and promoted faculty and non-teaching staff expressed their appreciation, thoughts, and heartfelt gratitude, emphasizing that commitment, hard work, and dedication were the keys to their achievements.
